Details of services offered
WHAT ARE THE STEPS BEFORE STARTING COOPERATION?
- Online questionnaire – before the introductory meeting, I will send you a questionnaire asking for basic information about your dog.
- Introductory meeting – it is essential for us to get to know each other (and for me to meet your pet) and to precisely determine the terms of our cooperation.
- Interview – at the meeting, we will discuss the completed questionnaire together and clarify any doubts (or fill it out together if you are unable to do so before the meeting).
- Signing a care agreement – in the agreement, we will confirm our arrangements (mainly the scope of cooperation and the hours for walks) and the method of handing over and collecting the keys to the apartment (if necessary).
Perhaps you work long hours during the day away from home and are only able to do a morning or afternoon walk with your dog. And you need someone to come and do it for you.
Or sometimes you just know you’ll be home but won’t have time to go out with your dog around midday. In that case, I will come to you and take over the dog (even at the door) and do the walk.
A standard walk takes about 30 minutes (unless there are contraindications or we agree otherwise).
We can arrange any number of walks during the day 😉
Note:
- Each walk is recorded with a Garmin watch (after the walk I will send you the route of the walk along with the exact time of its beginning and end).
- If you want, I will make a short video with the most interesting moments and send it to you later.
WHAT DOES SUCH DOG CARE LOOK LIKE IN YOUR HOME?
I treat each dog individually, so we will work out a more detailed scope of the realization service together during a familiarization meeting.
- I will visit your pet 3 times during the day at your home to check how he is doing (or more times if agreed).
- During each such visit, I will walk your dog for about 30 minutes (unless there are contraindications or we agree otherwise).
- After the walk, I will feed your dog according to your instructions and also check that he has access to fresh, clean water.
Note:
- I record each walk with a Garmin watch (after the walk I will send you the route of the walk along with the exact start and end time).
- During the care I will take short videos and at the end of the day I will send you a short report so you can check how your dog is doing.
WHAT DOES SUCH DOG CARE LOOK LIKE IN YOUR HOME?
I treat each dog individually, so we will work out a more detailed scope of responsibilities together during a familiarisation meeting.
- I will spend an agreed amount of time with your pet.
- During the care – depending on its duration – I will do an agreed number of walks with your dog (length of walks to be agreed individually).
- After the walk, I will feed your dog according to your instructions and check that he has access to fresh, clean water.
NIGHT CARE
If you have to spend the night away from home – it is possible to order overnight care for your dog at home with me (I then spend the night together with your dog on my own mattress).
In this case I arrive in the evening and leave in the morning spending up to 10 hours in total with your dog. The care includes evening and morning walks as well as feeding, changing water, playing. In addition, I can do extra chores such as watering the flowers, turning the lights on and off or taking out the rubbish.
During the care I will keep you informed by sending you photos and/or videos and reports of the stay.

Important! My key objective is to ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs entrusted to me. When caring for a dog, I follow the recommendations of animal behaviourists and vets as well as the instructions given by the dog’s owner. I also take care of the house and the objects in it.
